The CM100/CM200 control panel is a digital controller based on a microcontroller as the core processor. It controls various aspects of the circular loom by setting operating parameters on the panel, improving work efficiency. II Application Solution of CM530H Inverter in Needle Punching and Raising Equipment
CMC's CM530H inverter is applied in non-woven equipment (textile needle punching and raising machines). The fabric feeding speed is controlled using the CM530H inverter, and the in/out rollers use stepless speed control. The feeding speed can be adjusted according to the requirements of the non-woven fabric, ensuring uniform density and strength across the entire web. Real-time linear speed display also enhances equipment intuitiveness.
Working Principle of Needle Punching Machine:
Once the needle reaches a certain depth, it begins to rise. Due to the direction of the barbs, the displaced fibers detach from the hook and remain almost vertically in the web like many fiber bundles acting as "pins" inserted into the web. This prevents the compressed web from rebounding. If each square centimeter of the web undergoes dozens or even hundreds of repeated penetrations, a large number of fiber bundles will be inserted into the web. As a result, the friction between fibers increases, enhancing the strength and density of the web. Thus, the web forms a non-woven material with certain tensile strength, density, and elasticity.
