Printing and packaging
The blow film machine includes an extruder, die head, cooling unit, bubble stabilizer, V-board, traction rollers, and winding unit. The rotating screw pushes plastic pellets to the die via friction and heating. Melted plastic is filtered and extruded, cooled by an air ring, inflated, passed through the V-board, and wound into rolls.
