I  CM300/CM300S Infrared Bridge Cutting一体机

Compared to the traditional PLC + driver solution, the CM300 bridge cutting一体机 has the following features:



1. CMC's infrared bridge cutting一体机 integrates drivers, isolation bridge cutting logic, and high-efficiency cutting logic into a dedicated controller.
2. The CMC infrared bridge cutting一体机 adopts a unique protective design in structure. It features an independent heat dissipation channel with significantly improved cooling performance. The cabinet is fully sealed, and all electrical components are protected by sealed covers. Even after long-term operation, all components remain as new, greatly reducing maintenance and replacement costs of electrical components. With triple protection (three-proof) design and a dedicated drainage outlet at the bottom of the cabinet, it perfectly resists harsh field environments.
3. Compared to traditional infrared bridge cutting machine control cabinets, it occupies less space — only 65% of the size of traditional cabinets. It is aesthetically pleasing and convenient for transportation, saving on shipping costs.
4. Installation and wiring are simple, with minimal wiring required. The installation time is only 1/4 that of traditional control cabinets. 6. Data signals between the logic board, HMI, and driver do not require hard wiring but instead use address mapping. Driver parameters can be directly debugged on the HMI screen, ensuring safety and reliability.
7. Utilizes an industry-first multi-level speed limiting algorithm. By leveraging high-speed communication between the logic processing board, touch screen, and controller board, ultra-high cutting precision is achieved — improving accuracy from the original 0.5mm to 0.1mm.
8. Equipped with high-performance core driving algorithms, offering rotational speed control and torque response performance close to DC drive systems. Open-loop speed control accuracy is better than 0.5%. II  Frame Saw



Working Principle of Frame Saw:
A frame saw mainly consists of a saw frame, connecting rod, vertical column frame, and saw blade. Its working principle involves the saw blade mounted on the frame performing reciprocating motion driven by the connecting rod, while simultaneously moving downward continuously through a lifting transmission mechanism to achieve stone cutting. When slicing marble with a frame saw, if the stone is relatively soft, excessive frame saw speed may damage the stone. At the final stage of stone cutting, a "pulling plate" phenomenon may occur (the stone slab follows the blade), and due to the inability of the mechanical system to stop in time, large-scale damage to the stone slabs can result. Since the connection point of the connecting rod uses eccentric wheel transmission, during cutting intervals, the load speed may exceed the electrical speed, causing regenerative energy that increases bus voltage and triggers overvoltage issues.
Solution Description:
The CMC CM530 series inverter + BR530 braking unit solution from CMC Electrical is used. During startup, frequency conversion stepless speed control is adopted, enabling smooth startup without damaging the stone due to excessive initial speed. During normal cutting, targeted algorithms ensure minimal bus voltage fluctuations during the cam rotation of the frame saw. During stone processing, the braking unit rarely activates, significantly extending the lifespan of both the braking unit and resistor. During deceleration shutdown, the built-in braking unit shortens stopping time. Thus, the CMC CM series inverters precisely control the cutting motor’s stepless speed start-up, effective stone cutting, and rapid shutdown, significantly improving processing technology and efficiency.

1. Stepless speed control of the motor ensures smooth startup without damaging the stone.
2. At the final stage of stone cutting, rapid shutdown via the inverter prevents “pulling plate” phenomena.

III  Wire Saw Machine
Principle of Wire Saw Machine:
Diamond bead wire saws used for cutting large stone slabs often result in significant flatness errors. When strict thickness requirements are imposed, the cut slabs must undergo additional thickness calibration, increasing cutting costs. Our CM series inverters are applied to diamond wire saw machines used for quarrying raw stone blocks from mountains, which are then further processed.

Solution Description:
A diamond wire saw machine consists of a 1.5kW feed motor + a 45kW wire saw motor. The wire saw motor drives the rope to cut the stone, while the feed motor controls the tension of the rope, maintaining cutting tension. Typically, a PID + AI automatic adjustment scheme is used — the current of the wire saw motor is fed back to the feed inverter. When the current exceeds the reference value, the feed motor speed decreases; otherwise, it increases, achieving optimal cutting efficiency — ensuring both cutting efficiency and avoiding wire breakage due to excessive tension during cutting.
