Preface

Almost all successful professionals around the world share one common trait — strong communication skills.
The key factors behind a professional’s success: 75% rely on communication, and only 25% on talent and ability. According to surveys, approximately 70% of workplace issues are caused by poor communication. Therefore, the quality of communication is clearly a crucial element in enterprise management. Learning effective communication techniques will help employees navigate both work and life more smoothly, enabling them to perform more efficiently!

       To further improve employees’ communication skills in the workplace, eliminate communication barriers, continuously enhance work efficiency, and promote company development, Sunye Electric held its first employee training session titled “Mastering Communication Skills” on November 23rd, 2020 in the company's multimedia conference room. The training was specially led by Ms. Yu Yuanxiang,理事 of China Human Capital Research Association and a nationally recognized outstanding trainer. Management staff and technical personnel participated in this training session.





Message from Leadership

      At the beginning of the training, General Manager Mr. Gong Jian expressed his high regard for this employee development initiative. He said, "As our company continues to grow and evolve, we are entering a new stage of development. Our management team’s mindset is also undergoing continuous transformation. Meanwhile, the company places increasing emphasis on talent development and management — the qualities of our employees have become a key driver of our growth. Course Content

      In this training session, Ms. Yu delivered an in-depth yet accessible explanation focusing on three core topics: "Reasons Affecting Communication Effectiveness", "Six Key Strategies for Effective Communication", and "Cross-Departmental Collaboration Models". The course featured fresh case studies, rich content, and a humorous delivery style, offering valuable takeaways for all participants.






Personality Assessment

      To better understand their own personality types, recognize others', and learn how to communicate effectively with different personality types, participants completed a personality type assessment during the session. The four main personality types covered were: Tiger (Dominant), Koala (Amiable), Owl (Analytical), and Peacock (Expressive).




Interactive Practice

Ms. Yu also engaged participants through interactive exercises, fully stimulating their enthusiasm and motivation to learn. Outstanding trainees were also recognized and encouraged.
