On July 25th, the "2019 Annual Meeting and Corporate Exchange Conference of the Testing Technology Working Committee of China Construction Machinery Industry Association", hosted by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, was held at Fenglin Hotel in Yuelu District, Changsha. Sunye Electric was invited to participate in this conference. More than 100 representatives from dozens of enterprises and testing institutions across the industry attended the event. As a supplier of intelligent equipment for construction hoists, Sunye Electric showcased its independently developed dedicated drives for lifting equipment during the event.

Sunye Electric set up a display area at the conference venue. The exhibited products included our self-developed industry-specific solutions — the BM100 frequency converter for construction hoist retrofitting, and the integrated driver units BM300B, BM321C, and BM322C.

The integrated unit features an intuitive and user-friendly LED display interface. A touch screen can be installed on the operation panel, together with voice prompts and text guidance, making operation, inspection, and maintenance simple and straightforward.

Modular design separates high and low voltage circuits, offering high protection rating and strong resistance to vibration. All core components are imported original parts. Machines undergo over 100,000 power-on/off cycles, temperature aging tests, vibration tests, and strict production monitoring processes to ensure product quality.

Smart driving function enables automatic operation and precise leveling, significantly reducing operator workload;

Brake protection unit ensures safety by preventing short circuit damage to the brake coil;

Smart self-check unit automatically detects the health of the hoist control system upon startup. Abnormalities are displayed on the smart status panel with voice-based fault alerts for easy troubleshooting.

Remote Positioning  Real-Time Monitoring

Optional BM300-GPS module works with the “Sunye Cloud” app and construction hoist management platform.

Data Collection: Real-time acquisition of operational data including hoist status, limit switch state, and faults;

Remote Control: Enables remote speed setting, hoist locking, overload reset, and fault recovery;

Device Positioning: Accurate positioning via dual-mode GPS and Beidou satellite systems;

Video Surveillance: High-definition 4G wireless cameras enable real-time video monitoring within the hoist cabin.
