Product Installation and Commissioning 1. Installation: Guide users in completing equipment positioning, assembly of large components, and layout of related devices. 2. Peripheral Inspection: Complete wiring checks within the variable frequency system, pre-commissioning inspections, and maintenance of the operating environment. 3. Static Commissioning: Power up control circuits to perform interlock testing, control tests, and parameter settings for inverters and related equipment. 4. Dynamic Commissioning: Conduct comprehensive inspection under high-voltage power supply in hot standby mode. Run motor without load: confirm motor direction, ensure normal operation of equipment, and verify normal response of parameters; run motor under load: adjust inverter output, monitor inverter and load status, test run for 24 hours after confirming working conditions before putting into normal operation.

User Training After confirming that your equipment is running stably, our engineers will provide on-site training to relevant technical supervisors and operators. They will introduce our products in detail, emphasize important notes, and ensure that personnel are capable of performing daily operations, equipment maintenance, and basic fault handling with ease.

Product Maintenance and Upgrades During the warranty period specified in the contract, any issues with the inverter will be resolved by us at no cost. Sunye Electrical currently has offices in various provinces and cities across China. When your equipment encounters problems, our technical service personnel will arrive on site as soon as possible to resolve the issue and ensure smooth production. If the inverter is beyond the warranty period, we will charge accordingly for repairs and spare parts. As for the main program inside the inverter’s core controller, we offer lifetime free upgrades to ensure your inverter system always operates in optimal condition.
