From June 9-11, the 2023 Guangzhou International Plastics, Rubber, and Packaging Printing Exhibition was held in Guangzhou. Intelligent, Efficient, Energy-Saving — Hydraulic Servo Control Systems
During this exhibition, two systems were dynamically demonstrated based on the application scenarios of electro-hydraulic servo: a standalone system and a multi-unit system. The standalone system is designed to showcase our Canopen communication application features, consisting of a touchscreen, PLC, drive, and motor, with data exchange between the PLC and drive via Canopen. The multi-unit system aims to demonstrate our multi-pump merging capability, comprising a touchscreen, PLC, two drives, and two motors. One drive serves as the master unit while the other as the slave unit, with data exchanged through CAN communication. The slave unit follows the speed of the master unit, simulating multi-pump merging application scenarios. To further simulate the operation conditions of injection molding machines, the motor operates in cycles of 100 seconds, divided into eight steps, each demonstrating different operating frequencies at intervals of 5 seconds.
