1. Before wiring, ensure that the input power supply is disconnected.
2. Have electrical engineering professionals perform the wiring work.
3. The grounding terminal must be reliably grounded.
4. After connecting the emergency stop terminal, check whether its operation is effective.
5. Do not touch the output terminals directly. The VFD's output terminals are directly connected to the motor. Avoid short-circuiting between the output terminals.
6. Before powering on, make sure to install the terminal cover. When removing the cover, always disconnect the power first.
7. After cutting off the power, wait 5 to 8 minutes for the residual electricity inside the machine to dissipate before performing inspections or maintenance.
Precautions for Wiring:
1. Confirm that the incoming power supply voltage matches the rated input voltage of the VFD to avoid risks of injury and fire.
2. Follow the wiring diagram to connect the braking resistor or braking unit.
3. Use specified torque screwdrivers and wrenches to tighten terminals.
4. Do not connect the input power lines to the output U, V, W terminals.
5. Do not remove the front panel cover; only remove the terminal cover when wiring.
